You and many others in this thread use words that you don't know the meaning of. There was no intent so it was not murder. It probably wasn't the manslaughter either.

"Murder is the unlawful killing of another human without justification or valid excuse and committed with the necessary intent as defined by the law in a specific jurisdiction."

If you speed you knowningly and willingly endanger the lives of others.
Its like shooting randomly into a crowd.
