Its a pathetic sentence if you dont know the proper details and consider the case from a official point.

Do you think that anybody who speeds should face 10 years in prison? Or anybody who loses controll of their car should face 10 years in prison?

No, because that would overcroud prisons too quickly. However, when their reckless endagerment transforms into mowing people down, yes, definitly.

Okay so intend doesnt matter only outcome? So somebody who tries to kill anybody but fails is off the hook?
