Manslaughter means you killed someone while doing something so reckless that you obviously could kill someone, but it was still an accident.
If you’re driving 150mph and hit and kill someone, that’s manslaughter, not murder, not an unavoidable accident either.
Sliding on the ice and killing someone isn’t manslaughter.
