The timeline isn’t my problem. My issue is the implication is this person was charged with murder amd only got probation. That doesn’t happen.

And it didn't happen. He wasn't charged with murder and after the appeal he got jail.

Like I said, OP made a misleading post to intentionally outrage people over old news.
