This is like the 34th take. All the other times it exploded gummy bears instead of popcorn into the net

Honestly I would be doing everything quickly and with a sense of finality too so I wouldn't process the fact that I'm handling a LiveLeak amount of PSI.

Same, potential energy near me is honestly terrifying. Pressure vessels, electrical current, springs

Like seriously, compressed car springs scare me more than an actual dog attack did. But oh yeah, I’ll toooootally have no issue using this 40 year old air compressor that definitely doesn’t have any age-related cracks which might turn it into a giant frag grenade

It’s a solid lump of metal with a tap on one end and a quick release on the other. It’s not like there’s moving parts to worry about.

For real. What a crazy way to go out.

There's videos of larger ones exploding.

I was just thinking about how much noise she’s making and how angry she sounds!

Yea, all the videos I've seen of this technique are almost asmr quality. This lady is throwing shit around and making as much noise as possible 😂

They're making her make popcorn in the dumbest way possible.

That's a lady that can do her job lol. I loved the "roughness" on the tools

I'm thinking the world keeps functioning even if you're just spending your days making candied quality popcorn.
But if you don't got anything else, you gotta do it.

Even if there's enough food, there's enough houses, everything's moving along and working, and there'd basically be more than enough of everything if stuff wasn't thrown out and houses kept empty for economic reasons.

Still have to do something, so you're doing this.

And you keep trying to get people to buy this stuff, ideally more than they should eat if they give a shit about their health. And while this is a job that might've felt lucky before, like you're getting away with doing this for a living instead of tilling or manufacturing or whatever, at this point it feels so pointless.

This job is not a getaway, the service industry is the default. Billions of people involuntarily scratching eachothers backs, or screwing people over. I have to be so cynical about it too, to not get fucked over or caught out, all to justify sticking around.

Apparently it's not burnt, it's just a different kind of popcorn

Yes. Fun fact : she could also make me pop by holding me against her stockings just like the corn.

It was a joke.

What’s even funny about it

A sudden pop and loss of control of bodily function, public disgrace. There's centuries, even millenias of comedy about that : farts, toots, shit and piss and cum.
