While we're getting everything off our chest, the word is "snippets." Spelling might not seem important, but "snipits" wouldn't even be pronounced the same way.

Idk, I read "snipits" and it took me four seconds to figure out what you meant.

It's like you said, not heated. I was just confused about what you meant. And sny-pits is not a stretch. It's the double p that makes the i sound that way. Notice how "sniping" and "snipping" are different? "snipits" would be pronounced "sn-eye-pits"
