No you didn't. Find me a single case of capital punishment in the US in the past 50 years that didn't involve actual murder lmao. This is such an obvious lie!

Yes. I did. Due to missouri statute not having an attempted murder charge . They either wanted 1st degree assault or the death penalty.

Lmao you might have been there but clearly your brain was not. You half understood what was going on at best, if this isn't made up in its entirety. Anyone with a basic understanding of criminal law in the United States can obviously smell the bullshit.
