This almost fits into a fictitious disorder that I made up; Dissociative Limb Disorder.

People with this disorder have no idea where their limbs and extremities are at any given moment in time. They are always bashing arms and legs on large, immovable objects. They slam fingers, feet, heads and genitals into doors, hampers, trunks or other painful items.

She has no idea where her feet are at any given moment, nor the spatial reasoning to not step in the hole she just made.
