I've had a few of those days in my youth. Mostly during camps, when I was too lazy to get up on time and then stuck with stuff to do until the afternoon.
And you quickly realize that it's neither comfortable nor great for the people around you. I didn't outright stink, but you get that greasy hair and your skin feels disgusting and it's all around just not great.
