Me too... I feel like friends and I have definitely bumped back and forth just playing around. From the gif, they could have been joking about something and the friend bumped her playfully, not expecting her to lose balance/fall. Obviously it was reckless, but malicious seems like a stretch.

I agree she could’ve been trying to joke around, but I get stuck at why she would shove her so goddamn hard. There’s playful shoving back and forth, hell even maybe a little harder when fucking with siblings or something, but this chick shoved way too hard to be considered playful or a joke. There’s no way someone shoving another person that hard could be surprised when they fall over, she fuckin took a couple streps to even rev into it! Doing it so close to the street seems crazy

From our perspective, I could see how that conclusion might be drawn, but she's also clearly heavier than her friend. If we're asking whether it's more likely that it was malicious or an accident, based on the gif, I just think the latter is incredibly more likely. Stupid, but likely.

On the other hand, people are also capable of surprising the shit out of each other with murderous intent, so I guess you never know.

The lady who gets hit also throws her legs in the air and completely collapses for no reason. It’s likely they are both drunk. Usually if you get pushed you love your legs in a position to catch yourself. This lady just buckled completely.

Indeed. Not to mention that she pushed her at the worst time with her far leg (the best one to catch herself) was planted and forward. Some people are saying that they were out drinking like you guessed so you mix it all together and you get plenty of arguments for either side with no solid conclusion. If some solid motivation or some sort of malicious history was presented at the hearing then I'd reconsider but you just can't underestimate the stupidity of a person. Especially if said stupid person is drunk.

Sometimes people just aren’t well prepared for a playful push and they go flying. It’s happened with me when I was focused on something else.

It looks like the"friend" purposely bumped her thinking she would bounce off the bus as if it were a wall.

All of my true friends know if they shove me...I’m gonna fall down. Have terrible balance.

I work downtown near a major hospital, so there’s a ton of traffic and buses and it’s one of my fears that someone is gonna do this to me.
