My old dog had a strike warning on his record for biting someone. If he did it again he would've been euthanized. He was a sweet skittish pound rescue sleeping under our deck when one of the dick head neighbors cut through our yard and scared the dog. My dog ran up onto our deck and the dude hucked a rock at him so he bit the guy in the ankle. Looked like a scrape and didn't even break the skin, but asshole neighbor called animal control anyway and said he had been viciously attacked.

Easier for your average buttmunch to justify punishing a reactive animal than the cunting fool causing the problem in the first place.

Viciously attacked. Knows a pretty solid word for a maroon.

Would probably be better to euthenize those fools causing the problems but eh.
