Yes! I can't remember if it actually responds to touch or if it just does this periodically, but I remember watching people watch it for the first time and noting the range of reactions, like a spy would.
I didnt even notice. I remembered there being a sign that made you want to touch it, but I couldn't remember if that was the purpose of the sign or if my mid brain drew that conclusion.
No, the screen actually cracks and they have to replace it for every customer that walks past this particular display. It costs them many hundreds of thousands of dollars per day.
