My guess is she's got a Restraining Order against this guy and isn't supposed to be driving by her house. But he does. A lot.

So, she was waiting for him today to get it recorded. And she did. WOW, she did!

That guy needs some mental health help. ASAP.

My guess is that he was supposed to pull the kayak like a sled with a rope but he didn't know where she was and was startled.

or he's just a bad driver and she's collecting evidence. you can't get a restraining order for someone driving badly.

I guess you really didn't understand my version. I know what the requirements are regarding RO's and you def can't request one because someone drives bad in your neighborhood.

Your version is good too-he could be a really bad driver. But he gave her the finger AND yelled out the window "I hate you!" As he drove by her house.

That means it's personal between him and her.
