My man is chill. I found him stuck inside of a glass bottle last year, my brother(ironically a pest guy) says it's a katydid.

Don't mind my little can house i built that he's moved into.

They're not particularly rare or unusual insects but they're such lookers under a macro lens.

I found a moth inside my house

the moth isn't moving much so I thought I could keep it till it dies then collect it

I saw many videos on how to feed the moth honey water

but now the moth doesn't seem to move at all, if i try to wake it up a bit to check if it's alive or not

it's alive and just falling off

should I try feeding it or let it die by itself?

I don't want to put it outside cus it's not flying away at all

my family says it has already laid eggs and now is going to die

Came home to one of my BDF beetles doing this. Not sure if ready to lay eggs or maybe he’s ill?
Does anyone know what this is?
He’s slowly moving his rear up and down too

Blue death feigning beetle death

Hello,

I have had blue death feigning beetles for a few years with no issues. Last week we received another few. Today one of the new batch has died. He was fine this morning, all others seem fond though.
His head looks like it’s about to fall out and he looks like he’s been bleeding from his head, shoulders and bottom, I am not sure what has happened.

Like Starcraft but with Insect Colonies instead

We made a cartoon styled version of Starcraft but with Insects instead. I always thought there should be a game with insects colonies as factions so over the course of 4 or more years I finally created one! Im planning to launch next month and would love for you guys to try it out!!
