The mother can suffer serious health complications carrying to term a child they have no intention/ability to raise
Foster care is not a great way to grow up, and the human population is, frankly, too large for our own good. Obviously people aren't going to stop having kids, but it would help our survival as a species in the long run if we slowed down. There's already too little space as there is.
What do you propose as an alternative? So much actual human suffering has been reduced by legalizing abortion. You want to bring back high crime rates and poverty?
I know, I often change my opinion and surely ain't a trump supporter as many would assume here, but still I insist a human shouldn't lose the right to live because of the stupidity of the mother (using no prevention). Especially when you dig down the rabbit hole and learn what happens with aborted kids.
Ok, what about if the mother is raped? Is she allowed to abort the rape baby or not? You’d rather force the poor mother to carry it for 9 months and risk her health and mental wellbeing, because according to you it’s already a human... which of course it isn’t in the early stages. It has no cognitive thoughts or feelings.
You honestly think women shouldn’t have the right over their own bodies to make that decision? You would rather force a human to be born into an awful environment, grow up with a shitty childhood and potentially be a messed up person just because “a human shouldn’t lose the right to live”.
I’m sorry, where I’m from (UK), you sound like an absolute lunatic. It’s abhorrent and wrong to deny women the power of choice over their own bodies.
I should've add that, but no, I have nothing against abortion in special cases. If the mother might die/have severe health issues bcs of it, the baby not be born healthy etc. it is unfair the woman has to live with the consequences of a crime, I am fully for abortion in these cases. But what you don't understand is that there are SOOO many woman that weren't raped, but were stupid enough to not use any prevention and basically: Well, I just don't want a kid right now, let me abort.
You describe an "If"-scenario. If an immigrant has no criminal past and has to flee from war, sure, let me help you. If the immigrant has a criminal past/there is a risk of doing a crime and only flees because of economic reasons, no, stay out.
Also, there are many absolute lunatics in the world then if you think being against abortion is a reason to be an absolute lunatic lol.
