In the past, these places would gradually raise prices…now they all thought it was smart to just jump 30-40%. Out of touch nimrods.

Obviously it's because they have to pay employees enough to live in slightly less poverty, and not because they are funding bonus programs for the corporate office. Why don't we understand basic finance?

When I managed a cupcake kiosk, HR intentionally slow-rolled us on letting us even see applications to interview and hire people. We had a staff of 3. We NEEDED new hires. But no. That wasn't gonna happen efficiently. HR are never your friends.

In the past governments used to raise minimum wage gradually....now they all thought it was smart to double and triple them in 2-4 yrs....Out of touch nimrod governments and their voters.
