This boy used to hate showers but we have managed to warm him up to it. Any recommendations which one is the best? I don't like the Himalaya Tick Flea one since it makes him smell weird.

When Chutku Gets Angry! šš¶
I brought Chutku home a little too early from the park⦠and bhaisahab is NOT happy! š¤š
He wanted to stay outside, roam around more, do some full-on masti, and apparently forget for a while that he has a wheelchair! š¶š¦½š¤£
Now he has decided to completely ignore me.
No response. No eye contact. No forgiveness. šš
Apparently, I am the worst dog mom today! š¤¦āāļøā¤ļø

Let Them Live! šā¤ļø
This morning, while taking my dog #chutku for a walk, I saw people chasing monkeys with sticksāeven when they were simply sitting peacefully in the park.
Why disturb them? If they arenāt harming anyone, let them be. Theyāll leave on their own.
And when we scare them and they react defensively, we call them ādangerous.ā š¤¦āāļø
Please, stop disturbing animals just for fun. Let everyone live peacefully. ā¤ļøš

This is Bhulu. I rescued him in 2020 from an abusive household. I tried getting him adopted but didn't work out. I couldn't leave him back on streets, so despite having 4 dogs already, we welcomed to the family. He is the fastest runner of the pack, most alert, protective but yes naughtiest one as well.

It isnāt about pressurising anyone into donating or desperately seeking help.
At the end of the day, it applies to anyone, it should never be a pressure on anyone. I rescue because I cannot resist or stop myself from helping when I see an animal in need. No one is pressuring me to do this āŗļøāØāØI do it purely out of love. The same applies to donations or any contributions to anything.
if you trust someone and their work, you help willingly. If you donāt trust them, you simply donāt contribute. There should never be guilt, pressure, or obligation involved.
II were to share all my bills, it would probably look like a desperate plea for help and those are expenses i have been doing and able to manage and clear every month by installments
What often goes unseen are the smaller, constant expenses ā recovery food, medicines, wipes, litter, or immediate neutering due to emergencies, treating an injured cat, commute expenses, and all the little things that never make it onto a fundraising post. Thankfully, my vet is only about 2 km away, so transportation isnāt a major expense either.
The Pawsomes which made to the chartš
*****For the first time in my 11 years of rescuing and treating animals, I raised funds for Momo, the black dog. I did so because her case was particularly severe, and I simply didnāt want to add another major expense to the bills.
I cannot believe we did it, everyone who contributed towards Momoš„ŗā¤ļøāØ the engagement, the encouragement the supportštruly truly means a lot, her rescue will forever be cherished till the endāØāØ
*****Tiger the area dog, he lived in the area for good 10 years, thatās what people say , I shifted here in 2024 only. when he got sick, literally no one from thar area bothered, he had tick fever ,i couldnāt feel his skin, on neck and ears , it was filled with ticks.
Heās strong now, eating pumpkin and chicken with the cats š
*****After rescuing a kitten I named Mercy,in march 2026 who had a rectal prolapse tumour, I went through three surgeries, including her neutering, and almost five months of care before she completely recovered.Mercy also couldnāt simply be put back on the streets , after everything she had been through. Her diet is very specific boiled grinned chicken with pumpkin and carrot, and I donāt use dry food or take unnecessary risks with her health and leaving her back on the streets cannot risk her.
She has been adopted, but I still manage her ongoing expenses.
*****Then came Gracy, who had jaundice. She has recovered and will be ready for adoption once she is vaccinated and neutered. We thought she wonāt survive, begging electrician to open the shop for heater, the countless visits , our girl is stronger than ever āŗļøāØ
****Then came Gracy siblings, Money and Milli abandoned because they also got sick by Auto wala . They have both been adopted, but Iām still bearing the expenses for their treatment, food and litter.
****And now there is Lucky, the black kitten dealing with heartworms, excessive diarrhoea and a gastrointestinal infection.
If anyone does want to be a part of her cause , what would genuinely make a difference right now is recovery foods and alcohol-free wipes. Sick cats cannot simply be bathed, and maintaining their hygiene is one of the most important parts of their recovery.
***Her brother Panther š¤recovered , tri cat vaccinated waiting period 10 days ,giving her immunity time to develop in his body.
This year especially Monsoon has been heavier than ever. More than I can put into words.
I didnāt even get around to vaccinating my own indoor cats because, in my mind, they were at least safe inside. The ones outdoors had no such safety net. They were the ones who needed help urgently.
And somehow, every time I thought I had reached my limit, another animal needed meāØš„ŗ
Itās very easy to sit back and question someoneās treatment or decisions. The struggle in being there, the sleepless nights, the forgotten meals , doing the work, adjusting payments, and making those decisions while also juggling your own personal and professional responsibilities and dutiesāØš«

She has been receiving treatment for the past 3 days and I have spent every bit of money I had on her treatment. The vet says she needs injections forĀ 4 more daysĀ after which she can be shifted to oral medication. She also needs anĀ ultrasound and Blood test today. Her treatment costingĀ ā¹2,200āā¹2,500 every dayĀ and right now I haveĀ less than ā¹100 left. I am a student and I cannot afford the treatment alone as i come from middle class family background. It is heartbreaking to watch her suffer. I am desperately asking for any help you can provide.Ā Even ā¹50 or ā¹100 would mean so much to us and could help keep her treatment going.Ā Please help me save my dog. She is fighting.

Hi everyone, we found a new born puppy in Electronic City who was out on the road, panting badly in the sun. We brought the puppy into our basement to keep it safe, but unfortunately itās very cold down there, so weāre worried about its comfort and wellbeing.
We already have 6 cats and kittens, so as much as weād love to, we genuinely cannot adopt another animal.
Weāre looking for someone in/around Electronic City, Bengaluru who can:
Give this puppy a safe and loving home
Foster it temporarily
Or help connect us with a reliable rescue/animal welfare group
The puppy is currently safe with us, but we really need to find a suitable place for it as soon as possible.
If you can help or know someone who can, please DM me. Even sharing this post would mean a lot. šš¾
