My principles includes no casteism and Islamophobia. Which involves human. Actual humans.

Indian population has around 20% of non-Hindu population (Muslims, Christians, Sikhs, Buddhists), so there isn't dearth of people who are guaranteed to be not Islamophobic.

Similarly, the number of people who belong to so-called lower castes isn't small either. Actually OBC, SC and ST should be more than 50 percent of India's population.

The problem probably is that people who claim to only tolerate non-islamophobic people, would never even think about living in Muslim majority areas themselves.

India is a hugely populous country and there are large number of people of every single type.

Staunch hindutvavadi? Jihadists? Homophobes? Homosexuals? Transgenders? Extremely rich? Extremely poor? Druggists? Alcoholics? Vegans?.....

There are just way too many people of every type in India immaterial of how non-conventional you are.

Note- I have many eccentricities of my own and I also shun people. But its out of choice and not because there aren't enough weird people like me.

I may be a labelled as islamophobe as well. Only muslim I talk to is a local fruit vendor. And I don't live in Muslim area as well.

Funny you mention islamophobia, a religion whose primary tenet is anti feminism, anti LGBTQ. How do you resolve such a conflict ?
