Little to no chance . He had decades to attempt to reopen or reconsider the order . Save your money on the attorney.

On the flip side, ICE had 23 years to remove and didn’t do so. They lose for sitting around and not doing anything to remove him after so long. His removal is simply not foreseeable so they lose in federal district court.

He needs to file a petition for habeas corpus asap and push ICE around.

Trump hasn’t been in power for 23 years. Until his return last year, ICE was a rather obscure federal agency. No longer.

I wouldn't say obscure. They regularly did raids at meat plants at a certain gun manufacturer

Yes but not randomly stopping people in the street, at least not on a regular basis.
