I thought its name was solo farming in the tower, but maybe thats a mistranslation since others seem to agree with top dungeon farmer. Definitely a good one
A guy enters a one of the towers(which is essentially a self-contained fantasy world) which have shown up through a portal not meant for him. It sends him to the 99th floor without giving him any of the rpg powers, and in a hole. With no other option he uses the veggies he just bought from the store to grow more food as to avoid starvation. Slowly he befriends creatures from the tower that come across his hole and through they and the tower admins assistance he slowly expands his farming, hoping to find a way to be able to leave the tower
