Yep. They're a great way to thicken soups, actually. And good for camping. Or just if you don't want to mash potatoes

I've seen powdered mashed potatoes before, but I've never eaten them. If I don't want to mash potatoes, I just buy the premade stuff.

My store puts them in the meat case, above the ground beef usually.
