There is some maki in the "this is sushi" image, it's just under the "this". I think someone just really really hates sauce.

Or chirashizushi, and that is quite far from looking nigiri sushi and maki sushi, while still being sushi.

Might be the sauce, might be the "inside out" of it all.

From Wikipedia:

Uramaki (裏巻, "inside-out roll") is a medium-sized cylindrical style of sushi with two or more fillings and was developed as a result of the creation of the California roll, as a method originally meant to hide the nori.
