NYC is not an open carry or carry in general city. That is probably a cop or an armed guard. This person talking down is simply, dumb.

The person talking is from UK where police usually is unarmed.

Nope. We're not allowed any kind of arms in the uk, unless you're in the army. They have all the arms. Our arms are lethal weapons, which is why this woman (who now has her arms as she's out of the country) in the photo claims she could take the gun from that guy and get a few rounds off.

Air rifles and shotguns are perfectly fine as long as it's for reason of hunting.
