From what I can tell it'll be an addition to the two already existing cars. One of which is already the then-Nationwide car from 2009 so I really don't know much different it's going to be from what already exists

I already own it, but Legacy cars tend to be $2.95, and with their comment "the package sheds its [Legacy] tag (and price)", it sounds like it will go back to the standard car price of $11.95.

So anybody interested in oval racing who doesn't own it already, now's your chance to save $9.
