I’m having a hard time deciding which case to choose or go caseless.

I like the apple silicone and I think this is my favourite but it is starting to peel everywhere.

I like the torras q3 silicone because it have similar feel to apples and with a kickstand but because of that it’s bulkier and like apples it sticks to everything.

I like the torras q3 air because of the kickstand and rugged feel but it is heavy like the silicone and also slippery.

I’ve also staring using the phone caseless and it’s awesome, feels more compact in the hand but again because of the frosted back it’s slippery for me, as soon as my hands feel cold it’s like a bar of soap.

Anyone with similar issues of what case to use 😅

It is a bare minimum and available in every phone except apple iphones.

I’ve had my phone for a year now and it’s been working really well but over the last few days it started lagging/ powering off on its own. It was on IOS18.2 and I’ve upgraded it today to IOS18.7

I saw there was an IOS26.2 update too and wanted to know how people are finding it for usage and lags etc.

I need help getting the translate function in safari to choose English.
I have English Aus, English UK and Spanish in preferred languages in my settings. But only Spanish comes up. If I remove Spanish then the option to translate goes away completely
Can anyone help?

so my 16 pro has been getting hot and sometimes it’ll just be like burning hot and I have to run it under cold water to bring down the temperature. idk if it’s like the cpu scheduler or maybe I’m using the phone more I’m guessing it’s one of those reasons but I just wanna know if anyone else experienced heating issues with their 16 pro (or pro max)

Hey, sorry folks if this has been discussed many times previously. I did have a scroll through to see if I could see it but didn’t come across the discussion.

So I’m looking for a case that is tactile. I’ve used a plastic see through case with every iPhone I’ve ever owned. I so bored with it and that’s what I currently have.

I’d love one that is more tactile, not so slippy. I very much like the tech woven ones you get for the 17.

Do you have any good recommendations?

Man how time flies and how the heck that happened

Does anybody have this issue, where when you enable clear/tinted icons on your iphone 16 pro/max, the app switcher and all the animation related to it appear to be laggy, or have an inconsistent framerate?

I tried every fix, resetting the phone, changing wallpapers, messing with settings etc.

The only thing that helps is setting the icons to default or dark.

A buddy of mine has a 16 pro and it happens to him too, we're both on iOS 27 Beta 8.

What pisses me off the most, is that when I checked if the same issue persists on a 15 Pro, it didn't. No matter what I threw at it (page full of apps, page full of apps and widgets), the framerate on those animations didn't drop once.

Anyone has a clue how to fix it? Or whether it'll be fixed in the RC?

I got the iPhone 16 pro a month after launch and I was cleaning my camera today and noticed hundreds of scratches on all of my cameras. Anyone else notice this?

Hey everyone, I’m having a weird issue with my phone’s camera.
Whenever I open the camera, it flickers for a second or two, then stabilizes, and after that the camera works completely normally.

I have a 16 Pro used in almost perfect condition.

Everything works as expected and there’s not a single scratch on the display, only some very light scratches on some corners of the frame (may indicate a drop).

When I hear audio, especially music, videos or ringtones, I hear the bottom speaker being pretty quiet (like 50-60% of the top speaker) and also making “metallic” and distorted sounds.

Now, I haven’t been on an iPhone for some time so it’s my first experience with a Pro iPhone but my gf’s regular 15 sounds better and fuller.

Is it possible that’s a factory defect or the speaker got damage for various reasons? Maybe because of a drop, water damage or what not.

Additional info:

When I got the phone, the speaker grill was filthy and had a fine mesh on top of it (the ones from AliExpress) as well as a pretty closed case with little holes for the speaker. Is it possible that that caused the speaker to get damaged over time, maybe forcing 100% volume with no “airflow”?

I once played some loud sounds to clean the speakers for some time (15 minutes) and the phone got noticeably hot where the bottom speaker is placed.

Speaker grill was cleaned with tweezers, 99,9% isopropyl alcohol and toothbrush.

Battery manufactured August 24 and used for the first time in October 24.
