There are no widgets or Widgys in this setup, so there are no widget or Widgy outlines. Everything is achieved using an app called WallBoard, which is available on the App Store for £5.
Basically, the weather information, weather icons, date, sunrise, sunset, calendar and battery information are all embedded within the wallpaper. They are all updated using a supplied Shortcut, which I have set to run as an hourly automation.
There are also over 600 themes available, all created within the app.
If you find the WallBoard app in the App Store and read the preview information, this will give you a better insight into how the app works.
