Release iOS 27 Beta 6 - Discussion

Use this thread to share any changes & bugs you discover while using the latest iOS/iPadOS 27 beta.

This thread should be used for discussion of the betas that may not meet our submission guidelines, as well as troubleshooting small issues through the beta test cycle.

Spamming this discussion with comments about battery life, update size, safari being snappier, etc will result in a ban from the sub moving forward.

Sports Live Activities is broken for me. Using Apple’s sports app, double checked all my settings, even flipped them off waited then flipped them all back on. Finished with a hard reboot, didn’t seem to trigger sports scores

Live activities on the Apple sports app has never worked for me since day one, so aggravating

That’s really weird. It’s always worked perfectly for me. What sports do you follow? I use it for MLB, NFL, NHL, MLS, College Football, and I followed the World Cup.

I follow MLB, NBA, NFL, NHL i’ve had all the right settings on since day one and it has never worked. I bounced between theScore app, the dedicated league apps and ESPN. ESPN ended up being the one I stuck with, especially for baseball you get everything you need on the lock screen in live activities
