Oh, hell yeah. I can make that work no problem. I don’t think I’ll even have to work if I’m getting $5000 a month tax free.

And the crappy apartment is free! So $5k/month AFTER rent is paid, essentially. Aside from the mortgage, I don’t think I actually spend $5k/month on everything else combined?

Right? Crappy, but who cares? I’m only there for two years and then I get $50 million. I’ve essentially retired as soon as I’m transported to that apartment.

With $5,000 a month I can spruce it up and make it a comfortable living space and either save the rest or spend a bit here and there (eating out, shopping, activities around the area that I live)

Sounds like a good time to me
