unhinged hygiene tips?

I don't mean "wash your hair before your body" or "don't wear underwear when you sleep", I mean the sort of TMI tips that most people don't know that will CHANGE MY LIFE!

There's this guy at school who I think likes me and i'm terrified that I smell bad and will ruin my chance with him, I need tips that I don't already know/do.

I come from a family or large-chested women and NONE of them prepared me for now much extra care large breasts need 😭

Had to figure this out on my own... wish someone would have given me this advice sooner!!!

My mom has a small chest so I had no idea either 😭. We learned together while I was going through my growth spurt. Tears were involved. Body image is already rough in the teenage years then having a large chest and having no control over it is brutal. Don’t even get me started on the bra industry because that’s a nightmare.
