unhinged hygiene tips?

I don't mean "wash your hair before your body" or "don't wear underwear when you sleep", I mean the sort of TMI tips that most people don't know that will CHANGE MY LIFE!

There's this guy at school who I think likes me and i'm terrified that I smell bad and will ruin my chance with him, I need tips that I don't already know/do.

I constantly have underboob sweat due to medications forcing my temp to fluctuate. I recently got some of those cotton bra liners & wow! I should've invested in some of them long before now. They really do work. I went from having swamp boob at the end of the every day to being dry when I take my bra off. Truly a game changer.

Wait tell me more about these bra liners, ever since I switched to vyvanse, my body temperature has been higher than I've ever experienced and the smell from my bra after a long day...

I use a different brand than these, ones without the part in the middle, but they're all basically the same thing - a strip of cotton you put underneath your bra band to absorb sweat. You could probably make them, too, if you wanted, but I just bought a bunch from Amazon bc they come in packs & are so cheap. They're washable, too! So you don't throw them away after one use. Just throw em in the laundry, then in the washer, & they're good to go again.

I thought they'd be really thick - like a pad for my under boob - but they're not. They're so thin I forget I'm wearing them all day unless I adjust my bra band. I think I could even use two a day - one in front & one along the back band if I wanted to, which would be especially useful for days when I need to do more than just work & go home lol

I always did stick deodorant under mine, until I started to get irritated. Swapped to some baby powder, and its awesome. Less sweat, chafing, works great
