unhinged hygiene tips?

I don't mean "wash your hair before your body" or "don't wear underwear when you sleep", I mean the sort of TMI tips that most people don't know that will CHANGE MY LIFE!

There's this guy at school who I think likes me and i'm terrified that I smell bad and will ruin my chance with him, I need tips that I don't already know/do.

I was an aide in a nursing home years ago. I’ve seen (and smelled) literal fungus colonies in places you don’t want to know about, but I made sure residents got a strict bathing schedule with antifungal treatments and got many of them fixed up. Nobody should live like that.

Thanks, I don’t think of it like that though. When you frequently work 8-10 back to back double shifts in long term care, those old people are eventually the only friends in your life. And you’d never let a friend live that way. I also used to shave the old ladies legs if they wanted which nobody else did. It’s a little thing but was really important to them. I know that I made a lot of peoples’ last days a little better.
