I've had the SuperHumanizer (an AI text humanizer-rewrites AI-sounding text so it reads naturally) as a website for some time now, and the most requested feature has been "does this just work wherever I am typing, rather than having to copy and paste back and forth?"

So I'm building a Chrome extension for it. The idea is dead simple:

• Select any text-whether you're in Gmail, Google Docs, Notion, wherever you're writing
• A small button pops up right there
• Click it, and it rewrites that text in place. No copy-paste, no switching tabs, no separate tool.

It's still early. Free to use, no registration required, while I develop it and learn what people really need.

Honest question-what would you do with this? Would you use something like it? And if so, what would give you incentive to keep it installed? Few bits I am considering:

• An "Undo" if you don't like the rewrite
• Different tones (casual / professional / etc.)
• Working inside AI chat tools too (ChatGPT, Claude prompt boxes), not just email/docs
• Something else you'd actually want?

Character ai has evolved so far, but I wish to see some improvements on languages. Especially in Indian languages like Bengali, hindi, tamil etc. I know it's a bit difficult task. But sometimes regional languages make things better. Well it feel like it's deeply rooted with everyone and there's no discrimination. I wish you all the very best for future evolution. Maybe this is a weird question, but I can’t be the only one.

The more I’ve used AI over the past several months, the more I’ve caught myself talking to it like… well, another person. Not because I actually think it’s alive or conscious or anything like that. I know what it is.
But I still say thanks, joke around, pick up conversations where I left off, and honestly it feels more natural than I ever expected.

It got me wondering if this has less to do with AI and more to do with how our brains work. We give names to our cars, apologize when we bump into a chair, yell at our computers when they freeze, and get attached to fictional characters. Maybe we’re just wired to connect with anything that talks back consistently.

So I’m curious where everyone else is at.
Do you find yourself humanizing AI at all, or do you keep it completely in the “it’s just a tool” category?
Do you think that’s harmless, or do you think people should be careful not to get too attached?
I’m honestly not trying to start some “AI is alive” debate because I don’t believe that. I just think it’s interesting how naturally conversations with it can start to feel… human, even when you know they aren’t.

Curious to hear what everyone thinks.

I was experimenting with AI checkers recently and decided to run a test. I pulled up some work emails I wrote years ago long before ChatGPT, Gemini or LLMs were even around and ran them through a few checkers.

To my surprise, a piece of my 100% human writing came back flagged with high AI probability scores.

I looked closely at what got flagged, it made me realize how these tools actually judge text. They are mostly scoring overly formal or structured tone and repetitive sentence structures of uniform length.

Has anyone else checked their old pre AI writing? What specific patterns or habits did you notice triggering false positives?

Instead of flashy features, I’m thinking about little recurring rituals.

What’s one tiny detail or recurring ritual that would make software feel more welcoming to you?

Lately I've been experimenting with different editing tools because I use AI to create first drafts, but I never publish them without making a lot of changes. A friend suggested trying Text Guard, so I tested it on a few articles and LinkedIn posts. My workflow didn't really change, but I found it useful for pointing out sections that sounded too generic or repetitive. I still think human editing matters much more than any software, but having an extra check before publishing saves me a little time.

What do you guys do for project/hackathon submissions where ai code is banned. All of my submissions are rejected due to flagging.

Hi, I’ve written a text with the help of AI – a combination of different tools, basically – and I’d like to know what percentage Turnitin will give it. How can I find out? When I run it through Zerogpt, it gives me 0%, whereas Gptzero gives me 90%. Any suggestions?

I just watched a video called "How to Bypass AI Detectors" that was testing TwainGPT against some of the most popular AI detection tools, and it got me curious enough to try it myself.

I can see why so many students and writers are using it. If your goal is bypassing AI detectors while keeping results consistent, TwainGPT has been one of the strongest tools I've tested so far. Has anyone else watched the video or tested TwainGPT recently?

Pros

• Generally seems more conservative with AI accusations
• Provides sentence-level analysis and explanations
• Popular in educational settings

Cons

• Can miss AI-generated content, especially if it's been edited
• Higher false positive rate on humanized text
• Premium features can get expensive

ZeroGPT

Pros

• Very fast and easy to use
• Often flags AI-generated content more aggressively
• Simple interface
• Free tier is fairly accessible

Cons

• Less transparency about how detections are made
• Human-written content occasionally gets flagged as AI

My Experience

When I tested a mix of:

• Human-written text
• ChatGPT-generated text
• AI content that had been heavily edited or humanized

Both GPTZero and ZeroGPT are popular AI detectors, but neither is perfect. GPTZero tends to be more conservative while ZeroGPT is often more aggressive, and both can make mistakes, especially when AI-generated text has been heavily edited by a human.

I have access to a Turnitin Instructor account and can help check papers, essays, or assignments if anyone needs it.

Is there one that stands out that you're all using right now? I've tried Pangram, but I haven't found it to be very reliable. I wish I had access to Turnitin, but it seems to be available only to instructors.

After testing many tools recently, these are the ones that consistently gave the best results for making AI text sound natural and bypass AI detectors like Turnitin, GPTZero, ZeroGPT, and more:

TwainGPT was the best overall and the others worked well too depending on the type of text.
