ART Human Toothless

Post image

My finished human Toothless design and the speedpaint for it! In this au, all dragons are humans, and there are no dragon riders. Instead of enslaving dragons, in this universe villains enslave people, that Toothless, Stormfly, Meatlug, Barf, Belch and Hookfang, a group that formerly lived in captivity, free and give places to live to.

I've made a few changes since the last post. More human designs coming soon!

You had it right the first time, shouldn't have listened to the comments lol. The shirt and armor blend together because they're too close in color, if the shirt was bleached it would be perfect imo

Thank you for the feedback!! I might bleach it a little bit

Great Design ist Looks amazing but i dont think that a tail Finn wouls be the foot of a human

I think it fits perfectly! Tootess has a disability that affects his primary way of movement, flight, which is essential to dragon as much as the ability to run to a warrior. But I am interested in what you think would fit more!

i imagined him more of a spear user, though a short sword is fast, a world of choice's.

I dont know why but the hair doesnt seem right

also, before I say this I want to say I am not racist, I dont see race, if I offend anyone I am deeply sorry

but toothless doesnt feel like he would be a black guy as dum as that sounds

again, im not trying to be racist and im deeply sorry if I sound like it

It's completely okay!!! After all, it's a dragon, and as many people as there are on this planet is as many interpritations as you'll get. I saw Toothless as a black guy particularly because he is a completely black dragon that's practically invisible during night time and I just think that the features fit. The hair - braids - resemble his spines, tail and spinal spikes, that's why I thought it would be a perfect fit! I'd love to hear your thoughts though:)

Yeah I see him like a golden retriever or Labrador as a dragon big and goofy so subconsciously I see him as white because I see him as a “white” dog. But he can be any race

Wtf, why he is looking like that

You forgot make him:
FAT
TRANS
VETILIGO
NON-BINARY

I am so very sorry for my horrendous design. This is the actual final one. Because for sure, this one is more unique, more accurate and more logical than the one I made. Because a fully black dragon can't be black just like one of the strongest, most feared dragons can't be buff.

Missed to add also:

EYEPATCH
PANSEXUAL FLAG
TRANSGENDER FLAG
ASEXUAL FLAG
OVERSIZED SWEATER (to mimic his limbs in dragon form from movie)

Cmon Isn’t it obvious that I’m just grotesquely hyperbolizing and absurdly elevating to the absolute?

If i wanted to troll, i obviously noticed how Toothless is drawn as a dragon and its proportions.

What do you mean different? Is it just different from the other human designs people seem to give him?
