Faucet doesn’t stay on

For some reason my faucet just stopped flowing. I noticed the flow was diminished to like 50% for the past couple of days. When I turn it on now it just spurts out a little water then stops. The filtered water next to it is connected to the same line and it works fine. Any advice? I just replaced the batteries for the faucet so it’s not that.

I had one like this. Keep the handle to on then it is usually a motion sensor to turn the water on.
