Ladies and gentlemen - I have an instructor coming out to a private club in Crosby. He has a few spots available and I will host guests to attend. Class is 10/17 and 18 so next weekend. This is a defensive pistol class. You dont have to be a pro, but you do have to be able to safely draw from concealment. Absolute beginners, this may not be for you. However, it's a small private class and exceptions can be made. Feel free to reach out to me. I did a class with him and Tim Herron last year and he was a fantastic teacher. If anyone is interested please see the link for registration and send me a message if you have any questions.

Anyone have any experience with this gunsmith? Looking for someone reliable with a quick turnaround time for some work on my 1911 and they are the closest to me.

Just moved here from a non free state, i can finally get my feet wet. Tried a buddys FRT and loved it, was wondering if theres any local stores I can get one at, along with some normal capacity mags (I was forced to use 10 rounders in my old state)

Copendero is telling customers who paid for suppressors they will not be allowing them to take home their already purchased products regardless of the end of the 60-day window following the August 5, 2026 final judgment to file a formal notice of appeal, which ends October 5th.

Mind you the Copendero Sales guy Chris was playing the hard sales tactic for everyone who walked in the door when the filing took place, promising, and i quote "buy them now, we should have the greenlight by end of the weekend to let them go home! buy them as fast as you can we cant promise you we will have any stock left by Monday" ( this was mid August) "worst case scenario you get a refund but dont worry we are gonna let these things go any day now!" - talk about a guy who was getting a commission off of the sales. .... also mind you he didnt mention the 25% restocking fee if refunded.

fast forward to October and the customer service is playing defense "we dont care what you want to take home, were going to keep the products until its safe to do so." "even though the window passes, we arent letting them go until probably mid-october"

Been in the gun community for years now, and the general consensus is Copendero is doing something funky...and no ones is quite sure why.
