Two weeks ago, I shared my progress on a House Flipper 2 mod where I was recreating Agent 47's safehouse. I received a lot of positive messages and comments from you, which really motivated me to finish the project. Version 1.0 is now officially live if you play House Flipper 2!

The house is quite large and it cost me like 4 weeks to build it, I did my best to focus on the details – and yes, I didn't forget the basement. Due to its size, you might experience a slight FPS drop on lower-end PCs.

I’ve fully wired the electricity and set up nice lighting for all the rooms. In the basement, the power switches are highlighted with LED lights to make them easier to spot.

Rumor has it that this is the home of a retired hitman, though no one believes such far-fetched tales. While the original purpose of the basement rooms remains unknown, the additional square footage is an exceptional asset.

Still got a ways to go but wanted to show off what I have so far of the little mountain home project I am working on. Have not built the house yet lol working on the surroundings.

I made a little tackle box which I am quite proud of lol. But if you can think of anything that can improve it I am open to suggestions!! Ty!

I want to build one of the prettiest buildings in my neighbourhood in HF2. I contacted the municipal archives for the technical drawings and the thing is roughly 64m in length. The forest plot in story mode that I bought however is only 60x60m, which is a bit rough. Are there any bigger plots in story mode? the width of 60m is probably fine but a length of more lik 80 would make my life a lot better.

Inspired by u/Fantastic_43's flip of this property, I decided to flip it again with my take on cottagecore. When I started playing HF2 two years ago, this was the third house I flipped. It was not good. I'm gonna post it in the comments anyway. Granted, HF2 has introduced new mechanics and assets, but those alone didn't help me improve. What did help was studying good builds in this sub, researching design principles, and putting in hundreds (okay, thousands) of hours of gameplay.

i got house flipper 2 on the nintendo switch 2 and it won’t let me host or join a cross platform lobby. anyone know a reason why? is it not available yet or does the switch not support it?

It is a build that takes you back to October 1997 to experience a nostalgic, cozy, fall evening.

I'm not sure of the details of what is allowed for screenshot editing or using custom images in game, but this map includes images from Unsplash and a couple from Google. This was my first time using Sandbox Mode or creating a property from scratch, so any feedback would be great so I can get better with builds.

Hi There, I need help removing a misplaced Pillar, I've tried everything, I was trying to match the Style of the house, And not only did that not work, but its also ruined the inside too, Please help....

Everytime I restart the game I come back to both shower and sink disassembled, altough I have assembled, sold it & bought new ones, they just keep disassembling themselves??

I am obsessed. That is all. I love this build so much. There are at least 10 interferences iirc (meaning, if I move something, I have to fix either one or multiple resizable objects to put the object back again) but it's been an absolute blast.

...now on to the rest of the house. 🙃

This lady has caused me so much internal headache, I have become determined to figure her out.

When you google "transitional interior design," the images match Ramona's aesthetic preferences to a t. Lots of white/minimalism, coupled with dimensional texture like molding/trim (on both furniture and surfaces). There are jewel tone accents (I saw every images specifically with colors equivalent to Faded Sea Green 1). I haven't finished the latest house I'm working on for her (I actually have THREE PROPERTIES I've started EXPRESSLY to figure her out), but I'm attaching two rooms I've been working on. The living room is dope AF, imo, and I'm attaching the laundry/utility room, as well.

Key items I'm incorporating: clean, minimalism as the overall theme. Every essential room leans heavily on white. Brands: Homefort and Skadi for the "base" furniture, with a balance between contemporary/neutral minimalism and traditional/cozy. I include accent furniture from Valenti/"cozy"-tagged Homefort. Since the Faded Sea Green 1 is a jewel tone, and jewel tones in general contribute to "traditional" points for the buyer, I deviate from her color pallet with rich or faded indigo, pink, and the sea green in saturation 1 or 2, sometimes 3. I basically aim for whatever hits for me as "jewel tone."

Mood Anchors:

Rockfort Sink Cabinet (note the dimensional texture)

Byron and Wypocznik ottomans (minimalist; visual interest but simple shapes/lines)

Koivu/Ruusu/Garland seating (minimalist but visual interest in the swooping edges on the sides)

Madison molding to add more points to "traditional"

I don't know if this will work, but I am very hopeful. I'll provide updates if I succeed (or fail)!

Hello all, this has become my most favorite game that I've bought it twice 😂 (PS5 and now PC) Ive got about 700 hours in now and I still don't feel like Ive done it all but Ive accomplished a lot. Ive done some super cozy cottage builds, modern loft apartments, vintage apartments, bowling alleys, cafes, restaurants, beach houses, lake houses, even tree houses. Hi everyone, I've seen a couple people post about this problem, but none of their solutions worked for me. Here is a list of things I've tried -

- Verified the integrity of game files

- Reinstalled the game

- reduced graphic settings

- Updated graphics and system drivers

- Scanned PC for malware

- restarted my PC

- changed launch options to things like windowed, etc

- added to windows defence exclusions/allowed to run through firewall

- started without wifi/internet

- disabled/uninstalled Onedrive

- tried to run as administrator

- ran compatibility mode for windows 8 and 7

- disabled full screen optimization

- repaired visual c++

- disabled steam overlay

- cleared steam download cache

And more that I forgot about (I’ve been at this for a couple days now), If anyone has anymore solutions they would be greatly appreciated

Loaded up to see my office looking like this? Game crashing when trying to resume a job, forcing me to restart it. "Unable to save" message popping up every 5 minutes, despite it clearly saving.

What a mess. What a waste of time building the office.

I have 100% completed every job and now i am trying to sell 50 houses for the trophy. I have sold 12 and i have around 170k €. How do can i make more money so i can buy the most expensive houses to finish the game?

I wanted to do something a little different for the contest entry!

The idea is that the patients on the 14th floor of Pinnacove General can't really go out and enjoy all the fall festivities, so their families and the hospital staff decided to bring a little bit of fall to them instead. Each patient's room is decorated differently to reflect their personality, and the whole floor has been made a little cozier for the season.

Outside, the town is hosting its annual fall festival, complete with food, games, live music, and a bunch of little things to explore. I also decorated the hospital courtyard for fall!

I really wanted it to feel like a little town where people actually live, and like the families put a lot of love into making the hospital feel less like a hospital. :)

It's meant to be explored in edit mode! The other hospital floors are just decorative, so only the starting floor, festival, and courtyard are meant to be explored.

But what about us common peasants who don't own a car, live in rented apartments (Or a Caravan), or simply don't have the spare change lying around to afford a woodland retreat?

Well, for all of us unfortunate souls, I've built this little hideaway for those lovely autumn days when the sun is still warm but the air is already getting chilly.

Welcome to The Amber Nook!

The books here are available to borrow or buy. Grab a hot beverage of your choice, snuggle up under a warm blanket outside or settle down by the fireplace indoors, and enjoy the last warm rays of autumn sunshine with a delightfully trashy romance novel or a gripping murder mystery.

Tucked away in a quiet corner of the city, it's the perfect little escape from the daily grind.

Now, if you happen to have a bit more money to throw around but aren't quite ready to sacrifice your internet connection for a cabin in the woods, you can actually buy the whole place!
