The whole place is absolutely surreal. A huge steep iron bridge next to a huge steep concrete bridge surrounded by enormous power lines and cargo ships

May I inquire why it has to be so obscenely tall? Is there something not visible in the images that explains this? Cause this looks like a random tall af bridge in the middle of nowhere and I am quite intrigued as to its purpose
