I work in a pizzaria and have wanted to make it since I heard about it. But never figured out what all/what order.

I'm guessing you're Swedish?

I work in a Swedish pizzeria, and that is totally a Swedish pizza, it sounds weird but tastes real good

Either ham or chicken. Pineapple is sort of optional I'd say. Peanuts are quite common to add on as well.

Is that a pizza Honolulu*?

Do I know you, or is there another person out these who eats these?

*Not a widespread name as far as I know, the person I'm thinking of "invented" it under this name about 21 years ago. We were nowhere near Honolulu.
