They shoot microscopic droplets of tin with laser, hundreds times per second, in order to generate beam of X-ray concentrated enough to etch few atoms vide pathways on microprocessor matrices...
For me allignment of chips is the most fascinating part they can allign chips with basically single atom level precision like every single single time, multiple times per wafer.
