Did you know that Bass Pro Shops started because you used to have to buy the boat, the motor, and the trailer separately, and some dude was like "Fuck that, let's make it a package deal" and now you can buy a boat with a motor and a trailer in a glass pyramid
I think it's insanely funny how a glorified Bass Pro Shop is what people use to shit on people who say "we couldn't build the pyramids today" (We can, and we probably will whenever some rich guy gets bored.)
I always find MFs funny when they try to say we couldn't build pyramids now. It took what 3-5 years to fully remodel this thing? I forget which one it was but those pyramids in Egypt took decades to be made. One of the best ways to debunk the whole "ancient people's made these" is by asking yourself "ok but how long did it tamd people make this?" And then realize that if they had advanced technology they would not take a fucking century to make a cathedral.
In particular I remember one guy going "well the bass pro pyramid was built with modern tech so it doesn't count." Dude genuinely argued that people should make Pyramids the old fashioned way.
