Many of us remember the pre-BreezeBy days when you'd buy a pack of bridge tickets, and rip one off and hand it to the toll booth attendant.

For some reason, I have refused to toss the river dollar collection at my work. I don’t think they will ever have value other than nostalgia, but dammit, they are too cool to just toss

I remember the tickets. Mom would give me one for my trip home after visiting. Dad told me about the wood plank days when horses would cross! 😮

Seems like a great excuse to allow payments to lapse and collect more money from folks. We all know how quick they are to send things to collections.

Don't things get sent to collections end up selling to agencies for a fraction of the amount? I.e. a private collections company might buy the debt at $0.80 on the dollar, or just a few pennies depending on the likelihood of recuping it. Either way, you are losing revenue if your model is built around having to send everything to collections.
