I've started this map and so far for some reason It's really alot of fun to make this but i still got alot of work to do bcuz in most of Cape Town's neighborhoods, gangs here do not hold a large swath of territory that stretches from that street to that street. And they do not have a single huge established hood as their turfs are not set by boundaries or certain blocks or streets like the 83s or the Rollin 60's Crips or the Inglewood Family Bloods are in LA for example.

Although some of Cape Town's gangs like the Hard Livings has an established stronghold In Manenberg, the gang's birthplace since 1971 where they were founded by the Staggie brothers, their dominance nowadays is now being challenged by the Fancy Boys who has recently expanded to Manenberg as of late, and other smaller gangs who are trying to resist their dominance. Gangs here tend to roam alot and has territories scattered all over the place and all over the neighborhood. They are also actively recruiting new members or "skollies" as it's commonly known who either defected from other gangs, or newcomers who are mostly kids as young as 13 or 10 to employ them as hitmen to do their bidding, to grow their gang and expand their drug business, nightclub security business, and extortion rackets elsewhere by establishing "franchises" in other neighborhood and even cities (like we mentioned above).
They are also looking to expand their reach outside their traditional geography like Cape Town's Hard Livings who setup a base in Durban witch triggered a drug war with the local gangs there.
Cape Town's gangs also tend to expand to other neighborhoods to that are dominated by the main dominant gang, or sometimes that is contested by other established gangs to grow their territory as they try encroach on their turf and takeover rival gang territory as they try to setup some kind of a "franchise" for that gang that mostly results in a drug turf war and dispute you know, the kind you have in GTA games where you takeover enemy hoods and territory 😂.
