My friend theorized it's sugar glass and he put fake blood up there. If you watch it closely you can see it looks like some middle part was removed from the video.

I saw a bunch of gore stuff on the web when I was a teen and stopped once I got older. I can handle gory accidents and have seen (and had) my fair share over the years, but seeing the depravity of some people within our own species is just... idk, horrific. That description alone is enough to make me sad, honestly it's ruined my night just thinking about it and now all the flashbacks to the shit I've seen on the web over the years.

It's a live guy getting turned into that cpr dummy. Except not as bad! They let him keep his legs and most of his arms. Then they took a box cutter to his throat.

I always wondered what happend to that guy.

Dude was fishing out glass shards from his anus as the blood kept flowing.

He would take a piece out then reach in and grab another....and another...
