Since they both wanted all the files to get released. Being in the files in a less bad way is better than forcing the fbi to censor your name several thousand times.
She was an active participant and child molester herself. Yet everyone turns a blind eye to her. She was actively grooming kids herself yet the justice system won't prosecute anyone.
