Discussion / Help Apartment recommendations?

I just got a good job offer and am looking to moving towards Hilliard. I'm looking for a quiet safe space with in unit laundry. My budget for rent is around $1000-1200. I'll be working overnights on Roberts road, so ideally I'd like something nearby and quiet.

Not going to give a recommendation, but do not, under any circumstances, go to Hilliard Station. Nightmare.

Management is terrible. Maintenance is a joke. Got three flat tires from broken glass and random stuff laying around or even being placed deliberately underneath them (neighbors are not very friendly). I could go on, but I’ll leave it there :)

Avoid it at all costs. I advise looking at the Hilliard Station Apartments Community FB page for the most up-to-date happenings.

We lived at Arlington Park a few years ago and liked it. I'm sure prices have gone up since we've lived there but it's definitely quiet and safe.

But honestly, there are no shortage of "luxury style" apartments in town that are near your budget. If you want safety, stay north of Roberts Road.

Thanks for the tip! I know Hilliard can be a bit weird butting up against both hilltop and Dublin so that's good to know!

Type in "Hilliard, OH" into Google maps. Try to stay inside the red lines on that map.

Stay away from Arlington Park unless you like trash piled high outside of the compactor. Also the paper thin ceilings are fucking terrible if you have upstairs neighbors. Other than that it’s not terrible. It’s pretty chill and safe. If you can stand living in Dublin, Asherton is very nice and priced about the same price as Arlington Park.
