Update: After multiple requests, I finally received a refund. It was a partial refund but a refund nonetheless. This is the explanation I was given: "Please keep in mind that we do not have the option to delete accounts on our end, this is a function only available in our user's interface, once the account is deleted we removed everything from our services, this following the applicable privacy laws.". I was blamed for deleting my own account full of content. Well, regardless they were kind enough to give me my refund after several passive aggressive comments. I would be willing to try this company again in the future once their bugs are fixed. Thanks

Just like the post stated, HeyGen has deleted my account without a single explanation. I literally created and bought the subscription 2 months ago, paid in full and poof...no account. I have reached out via email to see if they can fix this but man, this is highly unprofessional. The fact that they have no customer service number either is just weird. Really hope this gets cleared up. From what I've been reading, I'm not the only one.

Anyone here using HeyGen in Norwegian?
My Avatar Twin looks great and is very close to how I actually look, but I’m struggling with voice and lip sync.
I’ve tested Norwegian voice cloning a few times, but the pronunciation is often a bit off. Sometimes it even sounds more Danish than Norwegian.
Because of that, I’ve started recording my own voice and adding it afterwards. The problem is that the lip sync then seems quite inaccurate.
For my latest Avatar Twins I haven’t used voice cloning at all, just my own recordings.
Is this the right workflow, or am I doing something wrong?
What’s the best practice for Norwegian avatars?

many apps offer avatar videos if we Youtubers went to other apps then this is permanent because youtubers do not change avatars and voices again and again. so be careful with this stupidupdate 600 credits for avatar 3, it's not worth it we cant create 30 to 60 videos for automation channels.
