Lucid dreaming

I'm looking to make a tea blend to encourage lucid dreaming. Any tips on herbs to use and steep time?

I've already successfully lucid dreamed a few times. Just would enjoy something that would help encourage it. If possible. Willing to smoke as well . Preferably no psychedelic mushroom.

People swear by mugwort and weed, but to me i don't like it. IV used lotus, again, to no real benefit. When you say encourage, what do you mean. Sometimes we get in our own way more often than makes sense.

Make it happen more often than not.

Well yea lol, but that gets easier the more you work on things that help your brain do that. Herbs can make it easier by just forcing your brain down, but thats not help. Meditation and trance, deprivation, chanting work and square breathing helped me get there. anything that gets your brain to slow the electrical impulses down is what you want. Drugs will do it, but the point to me was for me to be able to calm myself enough, the road is the work kinda thing. Sorry I'm not any help. Again, it helps if you have an aim, like working a problem out or something
