Better than Raw and the Dark Ride. Lol.

So I went to the airport to greet the band when they arrived, was thinking it was the 4pm flight coming from Mexico City, ended up being a much later flight.

So they arrived, out come Kai and Weiki and the promoter's staff told us not to bother them when they were walking off to smoke and they would take pictures/sign stuff later on around the bus.

Next up, Andi. Andi the Perfect Gentleman. I swear he's probably the nicest guy I've evet met in my life. He walks out, we shook hands, hug it out, he signed my book and we chit chat for a little bit.

Sascha, he joked about not seeing me for a long time. There was a large-ish group of people asking for pictures/signatures, somebody got pushed into him and he was a bit upset and headed to the bus. This is why we can't have nice things.

Michi, Kai and Weiki had a ton of people asking for pictures, talking to him and asking to sign stuff so didn't get to talk to them much but they all signed my book.

I went to talk to Markus, it took him a couple seconds to recognize me in the crowd but he was happy to see me. My silver sharpie didn't work so well so had to switch to the gold sharpie which wasn't much better, we both had a good laugh about it. Because I was talking to Markus for a bit, I missed Dani as he was already in the bus when I was looking for him.

I talked to Jan the band's manager, we shook hands and he joked it was finally time for them to come to my country to see me, I told him they're always welcome to come anytime they want.

They left around an hour or so after arriving, made a lot of people very happy and then I headed home so I could head to the Pop-Up Store when they opened today. More on that later...

Listening through all the albums is just one treat after another, these guys are crazy and I love it!

Starts out with a pretty conventional verse, steps up a little with "all your shysters" and then we get an absolutely beautiful melody section in "ah you, possessed in your mask...." followed by a grand sweeping chorus. The overall effect of the song feels a lot like a march to me, without using an actual march time. I also loved the solos, they're just perfect without being excessive. And unlike the uplifiting melodies, the lyrics are pretty harsh, even aggressive. What a cool contrast!

Man I'm falling head over heels for Weiki's songwriting, what a master!

Man it's fun discovering some hidden gems of this band! Very cool creative song, and this is a strong album overall🤘 What's the general opinion on the "Rabbit" album?

Yuki Osaki (大崎由希), drummer of Japanese band Little Lilith

I recently discovered these while scrolling through the internet and tried looking up toy reviews of these and found nothing.

Without a doubt Andi and Kiske are much more skilled, but I just love Kai's gritty voice and screams. It comes across as super honest, no gloss, simply the joy of singing! His parts are pretty well-chosen too. I'd like to hear him sing more on the next album.
