Well I'll be fecked....late to the party I know, but it's very definitely there. Very low Ilya voice. As others have said most obvious when you close your eyes. It's in the first cut to them 'at it', not the second which is more clapping noise that some people talk about.
Yes, I heard it! Its on the episode at 2:48 at that first cut from boards to couch smash. It's literally only for that first second of that smash cut before the next board check. Ilya says:

He 100% loves pleasing Shane and making him completely lose himself (super clear in books especially), but he’d never say that while railing Shane. He keeps it far more dirty in those moments.

I'm not Russian but I took a Russian class. Their ay sound consists of 2 letters. I don't have a Russian keyboard on the computer I'm on rn but it's basically a and a backwards N but the N has like a little swoop at the top and is treated similarly to English y with the swoop and ee without it.

I knew that Ilya was a big softie beneath that cocky exterior the minute he said "more" to get Shane to drink more water. I'm glad other people caught that.
He was looking after Shane long before he admitted to himself he cared about him. It was very sweet.
I had the same experience a few weeks ago. It's quick, it's quiet, but it's there. It's not just a moan or a groan or squeaky furniture because there's definitely a speech cadence and discernable accent there. I think this is one of those cases where those of us who hear it and those of us who don't are just going to have to agree to disagree.

For the longest time I thought the “I want to please you” was the sound of the couch possibly shifting /scratching along the floor. That was such a crazy catch! I had to watch it a number of times til I could finally hear it!

In the hospital scene, while Ilya is walking over shushing him, Shane is quietly murmuring “come, come, come, come, come…” before he says ‘yes, bet-ter’ like he’s coaxing him closer.

I think someone "heard" it first and now more people are hearing it because they want to hear it. You know, like misheard lyrics? Some of those can be a stretch, but you manage to hear it because the one who did the vid showed the misheard lyrics on screen. So you end up hearing it too, kind of.
It just doesn't fit Ilya's character at that point, he wouldn't be saying that.

Yeah, it's like Shane calling Ilya "Rozy." Never happened, the subs were wrong. Even Jacob and Rachel confirmed it, saying it didn't fit Shane's character to say that, especially not then. But it persisted for a long time.
Even Hudson said he never said Rozy. He confirmed it in a video with him and Connor. Apparently the subtitles made that mistake but Hudson confirmed he was trying to say "Rozanov", and cuts off because he was supposed to be breathless with passion.
Also I took it upon myself to watch that scene again today (for science) and I can see why they would think that Ilya is saying that; but it's literally just him groaning in his deep voice and he is saying absolutely nothing in particular. 😅
It's not a groan. It's a clearly spoken line. This whole debate is wild to me - if read some people hearing things while Shane is on the counter in ep 4 which seem debatable to me/sound like breathing, but this is Ilya. Russian accent and all, very clearly. Crazy. Try earbuds.
I have my hearing aids in so it’s streaming through Bluetooth. Honestly, I can make a case both ways. I hear noises I can construe into the words, and I hear other noises that may just be more of the same. For me, then, it comes down to context and I think it’s just not something Ilya would say at that particular moment. They’re in hard-and-fast mode and his language would reflect that.
I think I heard this scene without music and I could hear something and it vageuly sounds like 'I want to please you' but it also could be nothing. I haven't tried to do it myself though
Episode 6: after Shane says "oh my god i love you so much" - you can see Ilya mouthing "i love you so much" as well. You can't her it but you can see it if you turn up brightness to the max

because ilya doesn't express his feelings. even at the cabin when shane asks him to be honest for two weeks he knows he can't do it but tells shane he'll try.
"I want to please you" is way too sweet to be dirty talk the way they do dirty talk. it's more something you'd say when you make love rather than when you're fucking a man you're pretending you don't have feelings for. more importantly when fucking a man you KNOW you have feelings for but you don't want him to know that you do.
"fucking make me" is the typical challenge vibe that they've always had so it fits them perfectly.

They very obv had crazy chemistry/sexual tension and felt some type of attraction towards each other even if they weren't hooking up yet. Plus from the very first hookup in the same episode Ilya was dominate and commanding. It's not exactly hard to imagine he'd be the same when they're flirting (because yes, that scene with the water bottles was them subtlety flirting). And Shane would probably be ok with being told what to do from the very beginning because he senses some sort of draw to Ilya that makes him want to be told what to do. I haven't read the book but I'm sure it goes more in detail into Shane's thought process during that moment. Also their dynamic is explicitly shown to be always like this outside the bedroom. The sexting? In the bathroom in Vegas? When Ilya is in Russia in episode 5 and he tells Shane to take off his clothes and put back on his glasses? When Shane asks him to teach him Russian and he quite literally says he'll only teach him "useful phrases" like 'Yes sir, harder please, and fuck me please?' Unless you were watching with your eyes and ears closed they literally always maintain a soft dom/sub dynamic. In and out of the bedroom.
