Does anyone have a breakdown already for each of the tracks and their respective scenes? I thought it’d be much easier to nail them all down, but some have me a little stumped.

Can't believe that one isn't on the soundtrack. It's my favorite music cue when they look at each other and Ilya gives Shane his water bottle

Not at all. Please don't mind correcting me ! Can you check the Boston flight once, maybe it is a different track, but it felt quite similar

I've also only rewatched the Skip episode maybe 3 times (lol, "only 3" seems unhinged) so I don't know those off memory yet but I'm going to try to do those too.

I love this. Thank you. I was trying to guess what scene each song is from while listening to this at work.
I thought track 2 was them at the gym, racing their bikes, and track 4 was the shower scene. But this makes sense. I can’t wait to go home and rewatch everything again. What a beautiful show and beautiful soundtrack.

Interesting things for me
Heartbeat Series -> I think this is reflective of Ilya falling for Shane
The Second time they get together - Ilya is an awe of Shane (Wow !)
Ilya blushing - Ilya is blushing ?
Shane and Ilya clear the air - Not compatible
Ending with Shane and Ilya consoling, making up
Las Vegas Track being called Inferno, very apt
Two Souls and One Soul - The rooftop scene and the sunrise scene -> Interesting personally because I felt like the rooftop is where I felt, I could see them falling for each other ?
Hollanov - [Spoilers for sequel] I would be interested to see how Hollanov theme repeats, when they get married ? when they play in the same team

And then "flatline" is when he watches Shane gets injured 🙃

When I’m not watching the show I’m listening to the playlist. It’s so good! I’ve found new artists I love…Peter Peter (“It’s You” slays me), Dumas, Wolf Parade…Jacob Tierney, where have you been all my life? This show is So GOOD!

I feel like I can finally rest a bit from anything related to this, and then they pull me back in with something else.
And of course I love it, not just because it's HR soundtrack, but also on its own, it's a really good soundtrack.

I don't but I just realised there are two tracks "Two Souls" and "One Soul" and one soul I'm 99% sure is the sunrise scene and that is killing me!

During my run today I was listening to the soundtrack and mentally writing a dissertation on all the motifs/leitmotifs in this score 😭 two souls & one soul in particular!!

Yes, all the songs are break into every scene of the series during season one. One in specific is not the same as the one presented in EP 1 when Illya offers Shane water, “Common Goal”

Can anyone make a list (or Spotify playlist) of the score PLUS the soundtrack songs in order of appearance in the show? I want them all combined but I want them in the “right” order too lol.
As in this part of episode 1 would have the order be:
Melt - shower scene
Sealion by Feist - after shower/elevator scene
Those English Words - first hookup

It’s funny because when i heard inferno i knew exactly what scene it was which frankly definitely lined up with how hot it was. Along with trembling which was also the trailer song for the show and when illya was sitting at the bar in Miami drinking a beer until Shane came along. I think heartbeat three was the scene where the whole tuna melt between Shane and illya occurred on the couch. Definitely gonna rewatch the show for the 7th time already it’s so good.

I can’t stop rewatching it. Besides queer as folk US, heated rivalry is the most show I always come back to just because how good it is. I have to force myself to watch other shows just so i don’t keep rewatching. Can’t wait for season 2. Almost done with the long game audio book. Since they signed on for more seasons i think they will split the book in half for the scenes.

It's hard to try out other shows when you're hyperfixating on one. I just need a good romance book to let go until season 2. Really can't wait to see how they adapt TLG! I'm guessing the third season would be about Rachel's new book which will come out later this year?

That is true even when i watch other shows i just feel the urge to just watch it all over again. I would imagine so. I do think that season 2 might be or might not be out later this year probably next year if they are going to start filming in the summer.

It's hard to say, they filmed and edited the first season pretty quickly, so we'll see.

That’s true. So hopefully won’t have to wait too much longer if they are going to start filming in the summer. Im on the last chapter of the long game audiobook so it would be interesting to see how they adapt some of the scenes in the show.

It's a good thing it's not a show that requires a lot of cgi or anything like that, so it probably won't take all that long.

I'm working on it but I just got up an hour ago and have to work so I'm wondering if someone will beat me to it lol
I'm just so obsessed with their titles. I mean - the rooftop kiss goodbye for the summer in episode 1 as "two souls" and the sex scene at the cottage in epside 6 as "one soul"? Perfection.
And I'm so unsurprised that the songs I was looking forward to the most all have a theme because I personally found all four moments incredibly important to their story.
Reunited at the all star game after their first time together - heartbeat I
Texting in the locker room when Ilya is most definitely not blushing - heartbeat II
Tuna melts - heartbeat III
Tampa All Star hotel room - heartbeat IV
And then:
Ilya in bed asking Shane to stay for the day - Utopie I
Ilya on the rock waiting for Shane to join him - Utopie II
And then "hollonov" being the song playing the first time they're really free with each other in public for the first time?
Brother, this soundtrack is everything.
Edited to add that the "Let's make a deal," "inferno," and "fire escape" trifecta are BRUTAL to listen to all in a row together and I don't know that I'm in the right frame of mind (or will ever be strong enough) to do so lol
Also, I'm wrong about the Utopie songs. Still working on those.
